Polly O’Keary is a modern blues woman deeply rooted in tradition yet influenced by the 21st century. She and her trio, Polly O’Keary and the Rhythm Method, deliver a vibrant and joyous performance that blends zydeco, country, funk, jazz, rockabilly, surf, and rock and roll. Touring across the U.S. and Canada, the trio was formed by Polly and her husband, drummer Tommy Cook, a three-time winner of the Washington Blues Society Blues Drummer award. They played together in the international touring act Too Slim and the Taildraggers. Completing the trio is David Miller, a Texas native whose blues journey began at 17 in California. Miller played with local and touring acts in the Bay Area before forming The Dave Miller Band in San Luis Obispo, which became one of Southern California’s most popular blues bands.

Polly O’Keary and the Rhythm Method have completed 10 national tours, released four critically acclaimed albums, and received multiple awards and nominations, including three Independent Blues Music Awards and 26 awards from the Washington Blues Society and the Inland Empire Blues Society. Their achievements include a #1 single on contemporary blues radio, a #4 album on Living Blues, and being a top-five finalist in the International Blues Challenge Best Self-Produced CD contest.
