First Things First – Early Childhood Development and Health Board

First Things First is Arizona's statewide early childhood agency, created by voters to support the healthy development, health, and learning of children from birth to age five. The organization funds programs such as quality child care improvement, home visitation, and family resource centers through regional partnership councils across the state, including in the Tucson area. It also offers free parenting resources and a helpline for families raising young children.
