ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (June 12, 2026) – Break out your red, white and blue – Oro Valley’s July 4th celebration is back at James D. Kriegh Park! Bring the whole crew for an evening of live music, family fun, tasty eats, and a sky-high finale with fireworks starting at 9 p.m. Best of all, you’ll be joining your community in celebrating America’s 250th anniversary of signing the Declaration of Independence.

James D. Kriegh Park, 23 W. Calle Concordia
Cost: Free
Parking: All designated event parking is located off Calle Concordia at the Oro Valley Aquatic Center’s east and west lots and Canyon del Oro High School. ADA parking will be available in the Aquatic Center east lot.

Schedule of events
6:00 p.m.: Gates open—let the fun begin!
6:15 – 7:15 p.m.: Live music by Lucky Devils Band (a popular cover band playing all your favorites)
7:15 – 7:45 p.m.: Intermission
7:45 – 8:45 p.m.: Lucky Devils Band returns
9:00 – 9:20 p.m.: Fireworks show
What to expect
- Free fun: Kids’ crafts, lawn games, and plenty more to keep everyone smiling
- Food + drinks: Food trucks on site, plus a beer garden (21+) for adults
Help keep the celebration safe
It’s July in Oro Valley, so come ready for the heat with water and sunscreen. If you need a refill, hydration stations with free water and sunscreen will be available.
For everyone’s safety, these items are not permitted:
- No Pets
- No Outside Alcohol
- No Smoking
- No Personal Shade Covers (e.g., tents)
- No Glass Containers
- No Personal Fireworks (including sparklers)
Coolers are allowed but will be subject to inspection.

Make it a full day at Oro Valley Aquatic Center
Start your Fourth with a splash at the Oro Valley Aquatic Center, 23 W. Calle Concordia, with reduced admission from noon to 5 p.m. ($1 children, $3 adults). The splash pad, waterslide and diving boards will be open. The Aquatic Center will close at 5 p.m. for the July 4th event.
