Sonoran Art is an Oro Valley studio creating archival canvas prints of the Sonoran Desert. All orders placed through ILoveOV are made-to-order and fulfilled by Centric Photo, a professional print studio in Tucson. Here is what to expect from the time you order to the day your artwork arrives.
Production and Delivery
Every Sonoran Art piece is printed, stretched, inspected, and packaged after your order is placed. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your canvas is made specifically for you.
Production time is 2–3 business days. Shipping typically adds 1–7 business days depending on your location. Total delivery window from order to doorstep is approximately 5–10 business days.
West Coast deliveries generally arrive on the faster end of that window. Remote or rural addresses may take a day or two longer. During holiday and peak seasons, production and shipping times may be extended — we recommend ordering early.
Where We Ship
Sonoran Art ships free to all 48 contiguous United States. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Centric Photo’s facility in Tucson, Arizona.
Packaging
Canvas prints are packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Each order includes poly bag protection, a corrugated face pad, and a padded outer box. All cartons are sealed and marked Fragile.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships, followed by a delivery confirmation when it arrives. Tracking links are clickable and update in real time.
Oversized Orders
Canvas prints larger than 47″ x 60″ cannot ship via standard carriers. Freight shipping is available for oversized pieces. Contact us at assistance@sonoranart.ai for a freight quote before ordering.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us immediately at assistance@sonoranart.ai. Please include photos of the shipping box, the packaging materials, and the artwork itself. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
If your tracking shows a package delayed or stalled, reach out, and we will work with Centric Photo to locate your order or arrange a reprint.
A Few Important Notes
All Sonoran Art products are made to order. Production begins when your order is placed, and orders cannot be modified once production has started. Please verify your shipping address carefully before checkout — address corrections after shipping may incur carrier fees.
All production and shipping timelines are based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
