OV Lacrosse Summer Rec League
Join Our 5-Week Youth Lacrosse League!
Open to both boys and girls, this league welcomes all skill levels—from first-time players to those with experience. Participants will receive age- and skill-appropriate instruction from USA Lacrosse-certified coaches, focusing on fundamental techniques, game knowledge, and, most importantly, having fun playing the fastest game on two feet!
The program includes one-weekday practice and exciting small-sided games on Saturdays.
No equipment? No problem! Lacrosse sticks and protective gear will be provided as needed.
Experienced players are encouraged to bring a friend and help grow the game!
