Flex Gymnastics is the new, expanded home of Gymnastics World Northwest!

We have been a locally owned Tucson business for over 40 years and have served over 60,000 kids.

We maintain a low coach-to-gymnast ratio so students can achieve their very best. 

We offer programs for all ages and skill levels, providing a love for gymnastics through our recreational programs and the challenge of gymnastics through our competitive teams.

Our competitive teams have earned state titles at championships every year since we started competing in 1979!
