Beacon Group

Beacon Group is a Tucson-based nonprofit dedicated to helping adults with disabilities find meaningful, real-world employment. Serving the community since 1952, it has grown into the largest employer of people with disabilities in Southern Arizona, supporting well over 2,000 individuals annually through job training and placement programs. Its work reflects a long-standing commitment to inclusion and opportunity in the local workforce.
