Title Security Agency of Arizona was founded in 1972 by Thomas Sullivan, Sr., and opened for business with nine employees in a small office on Broadway. Tom’s approach of hiring the best talent in the industry won the company many clients and grew strong relationships in the business community. Over time, Title Security grew to be the market leader in Tucson. In April 2014, Title Security Agency of Arizona formed a joint venture with First American Title in which the new company is called Title Security Agency, LLC.
As an Agency, we are able to offer choices of underwriters: First American Title, Old Republic, and Title Resources Guaranty Company. Being locally owned, we can make decisions at the local level to best service your transaction.
