Integrative Touch Therapy is a team-based therapeutic approach that is conversational, dynamic, hands-on, and energy-based. It is a practice that holistically addresses physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. The recipient is held at the center of the treatment model, and their higher intelligence and inner wisdom guide the direction of the session. Each Integrative Touch Therapy session begins with a simple question: “What do you most want to heal in your life right now?” The question can be reframed slightly if the recipient doesn’t relate to the word “healing.” An example would be, “What do you most want to (change or transform) in your life right now?”
