All products are made-to-order, professionally printed, and shipped directly to your door by our trusted partner, Lumaprints. Each piece is carefully crafted for you, ensuring the highest quality and meticulous attention to detail.
Production & Delivery Timeline All Pages
Standard Processing
- Production Time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
- During this time, your artwork is printed, stretched or mounted, inspected for quality, and carefully packaged
- Shipping Time: Typically 1–7 business days after production (varies by location and shipping method)
- Total Delivery Window: Approximately 5-10 business days from order placement to your doorstep
Location-Based Delivery
- West Coast: Often arrives on the faster end of the delivery window
- Remote/Rural Areas: May require additional transit time
Holiday & Peak Season Orders
- During busy seasons, production and shipping times may be extended
- Holiday order cut-off dates will be announced in advance
- We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery
Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship free of charge to 48 contiguous U.S. states. Orders are fulfilled from our partner’s facilities in:
- Anaheim, California
- Louisville, Kentucky
Your order will ship from the facility closest to your location, ensuring faster delivery.

Standard Ground Shipping
Our default shipping method is for most orders, providing reliable delivery at the best value.
Packaging & Product Protection
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition. Each product type receives specialized packaging:
Stretched Canvas
- Poly bag protection
- Corrugated face pad
- Padded box
- All cartons sealed and labeled “Fragile”
Metal Prints
- Similar packaging to framed canvas
- Edge and corner protection
- Internal suspension to reduce transit impact
- Spidering technique keeps print suspended for safe shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:
- Shipment confirmation email with tracking information
- Delivery confirmation when your package arrives
- Clickable tracking links to monitor your order’s progress in real-time
Large or Oversized Items
- Canvas prints larger than 47″ × 60″ cannot be shipped via standard carriers
- Freight shipping is available for oversized items

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order is damaged or lost in transit:
- Contact us immediately at Assistance Sonoran Art
- Provide photos of:
- The shipping box (showing any damage)
- The packaging materials inside
- The artwork itself
- We’ll prioritize a replacement at no additional cost to you
Tracking Issues
If your tracking information shows your package is delayed or stuck:
- Contact us as soon as possible at Assistance Sonoran Art
- We’ll work with our shipping partner to locate your order or arrange a reprint

Made-to-Order Products
All Sonoran Art products are custom-made specifically for you. This means:
- Production begins after your order is placed
- Each piece is individually crafted and quality-inspected
- Orders cannot be modified once production has begun
Business Days
All production and shipping timelines are based on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and major holidays.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Address corrections or changes after shipping may incur additional fees from the carrier.
