DESCRIPTION:You drive it almost every day\, but do you know its history?  Visit the Pusch House Museum at historic Steam Pump Ranch for the full story.  The Museum is open from 9 a.m. – noon\, and the exhibit will be available every Saturday until April 26.  Tours of the Museum are free and self-guided\, with donations gladly accepted.  Docents will be available to provide additional information and answer any questions.  Visit the Heirloom Farmer’s Market and then visit us at the Museum – history loves company! \nIn addition to visiting the Museum\, you can take a one-hour guided walking tour of the Ranch with naturalist\, Paul Canez.  He will talk about who lived at the Ranch as well as the animals\, plant life\, and geology of the area.  The first tour is at 9:15 a.m. and the second starts at 10:30 a.m.  Be sure to wear close toed flat sole shoes\, bring a hat and water\, and an inquisitive mind.  You will definitely learn something new about our area!
