Tucson Cactus and Koi, located at 7810 N. Oracle Rd., invites you to the “It’s Almost Summer” event, a free gathering from 8:00 to 11:00 AM featuring local artists, vendors, and engaging discussions with Oro Valley’s own author and professional photographer, Chris Grey. Whether you’re snapping photos with your phone or a camera, Chris will offer easy-to-follow, non-technical demonstrations on capturing the perfect shot. Learn to frame your photos, enhance or reduce drama with simple techniques, manage challenging daylight, correctly handle your camera, and discover Chris’ signature method for impressive shots without looking through the lens or disturbing the garden.
The event features three sessions starting at 8:00, 9:00, and 10:00 AM, each followed by an opportunity to stroll through Tucson Cactus and Koi’s stunning gardens either with Chris or on your own, applying your new skills in real-time.
