Wildfire Wings emerged from Fork & Fire's passion for hot wings. Nestled at the foot of the Santa Catalina Mountains in picturesque Catalina, Arizona, our venture took flight after the Bighorn fire that blazed visibly for nearly two months during the summer of 2020.

Our restaurant pays homage to nature's rejuvenating power in the desert while honoring the brave men and women dedicated to protecting us from the awe-inspiring yet perilous force of wildfires. Each of our 15 wing flavors bears the name of a wildland fire, spanning various times and locations, as a tribute to the firefighters who battled these blazes globally.
