SUMMARY:Oro Valley Historical Society - America Semiquincentennia
DESCRIPTION:Last chance to celebrate the American Semiquincentennial with the Oro Valley Historical Society. Our final exhibit showcases how our Town’s founders were similar to our country’s founders with their desire to be separate from the city of Tucson.  What started that\, and what did they need to do to make the Town of Oro Valley independent?   Take a self-guided tour through the Museum\, where our volunteers will be available to answer questions and provide additional information.  Tours are free\, and donations are gratefully accepted. \nThe Pusch House Museum will close at noon today so that we can plan our exhibits for next year over the summer months.  If you have suggestions for future exhibits\, just let us know how you would like to keep Oro Valley history alive!  We appreciate your support this year and look forward to seeing you again at Steam Pump Ranch in September.
