Ms. Tucker is admitted to practice law in Arizona, California, and Colorado and has been an attorney for over 25 years. She graduated from the University of California in La Jolla with a major in History and from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.
After many years in a diverse private practice, in the year 2000, she began a career in government service. Ms. Tucker became a Deputy County Counsel for Imperial County, California, specializing in retirement and disability law. Then began a stint in the Pima County Attorney Office, Civil Division, in Tucson, Arizona, mostly representing the county as a creditor in bankruptcy matters. Ms. Tucker then retired from public service and opened The Tucker Law Firm focusing on wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
Ms. Tucker is a Pima County Bar Association member and the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona.
