Your body is changing, and it feels completely out of your control. It’s been through a lot. Pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause (even just your normal period), has made “healthy” feel out of reach. You expected your body to look and feel a certain way; no matter how hard you’ve tried, you’ve never gotten there.
But here’s the thing: if we were never taught about the changes our bodies go through in the first place, how are we supposed to manage them – let alone stay healthy through them?
You can’t control everything that’s happening in your body, but you still deserve to feel damn good in your skin.
