For 70 years, Beacon Group has served people with disabilities in Southern Arizona with the mission of creating opportunities for people with disabilities.
The majority of the opportunities created by Beacon Group are employment-related. Beacon delivers on its mission through a variety of vocational programs that offer a customized opportunity for each and every person with a disability served by the organization. This customized approach is necessary to adequately serve the disability community because each individual has different abilities, needs, and career goals
Beacon Group operates multiple businesses that support the community and provide jobs for people with disabilities. These businesses include document destruction, custodial, landscaping, light manufacturing and assembly, kitting, packaging and fulfillment. Beacon also offers a variety of scalable staffing services to meet the specific needs of local businesses.
