Do you want to learn to fence with swords? We will teach you the fundamentals of the epée, including safety, stances, parries, and attacks. This class also focuses on the foundation for youth athletes as we work on flexibility, coordination, strength, and quickness. No previous experience is required.
Two Times: 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm and 6:30 pm to 8 pm
